Pukal’s Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, house washing, concrete cleaning, roof washing, gutter brightening, rust removal, and oxidation removal.
The exact scope of work, pricing, timeline, and service details will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Any changes to the original service request may affect the final price or project timeline.
Pukal’s Pressure Washing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a job is unsafe, outside our service scope, or if these Terms are violated.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes may be provided based on photos, property details, or an in-person inspection. Final pricing may change if the condition, size, access, or scope of the job is different from what was originally provided.
Some stains, oxidation, rust, organic growth, or surface damage may not be fully removable. While we aim to deliver high-quality results, we cannot guarantee that every surface will be restored to a like-new condition.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information about the property and requested services.
Make sure water access, electrical access if needed, and clear work areas are available.
Move vehicles, furniture, decorations, plants, fragile items, and other personal belongings away from the work area before service begins.
Secure pets and ensure safe access to the property.
Notify Pukal’s Pressure Washing of any known issues, including loose paint, damaged siding, leaks, old surfaces, faulty seals, electrical hazards, or fragile materials.
Failure to prepare the property or provide necessary access may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional charges.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be discussed before service begins. Payment is due as agreed upon in the quote, invoice, or written agreement.
Pukal’s Pressure Washing may require a deposit depending on the size or type of service. Late or missed payments may result in additional charges, collection efforts, or refusal of future service.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Pukal’s Pressure Washing may reschedule services due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances outside of our control.
7. Property Conditions and Limitations
Pukal’s Pressure Washing takes care when working on each property. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to loose paint, rotting wood, damaged siding, cracked concrete, poor drainage, failing seals, loose fixtures, oxidized surfaces, or improperly installed materials.
Pressure washing and exterior cleaning may reveal existing damage that was hidden by dirt, grime, mold, algae, or stains.
8. Satisfaction Policy
We want customers to be satisfied with the work performed. If there is an issue with the completed service, clients should contact Pukal’s Pressure Washing as soon as possible so we can review the concern.
Any return visits, touch-ups, or corrections are handled at the discretion of Pukal’s Pressure Washing and must relate directly to the original agreed-upon service.
9. Photos and Marketing
Pukal’s Pressure Washing may take before-and-after photos or videos of completed work for documentation, marketing, website, or social media use.
Clients may request that certain photos not be used publicly by notifying us in writing.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, design, and layout, is the property of Pukal’s Pressure Washing or used with permission. Website content may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.
Clients retain ownership of any materials they provide to Pukal’s Pressure Washing.
11. Limitation of Liability
Pukal’s Pressure Washing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Termination of Service
Pukal’s Pressure Washing may refuse, suspend, or terminate service due to unsafe working conditions, non-payment, rude or threatening behavior, inaccurate information, or violation of these Terms.
Clients remain responsible for payment for any work completed before termination.
